What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach into new markets such as aviation, healthcare and furniture
  • Grow revenue with existing customers by increasing product adoption
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers across all levels
  • Understand customer operations and product needs to recommend high‑value solutions while meeting margin goals
  • Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of all textile product lines
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews and develop annual account plans
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and territory reports

What You Bring

  • Working knowledge of the textile industry
  • 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial B2B sales
  • Proven success managing and growing industrial accounts
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within your territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

Compensation

  • Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commission
