Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Top performers $300K–$700K+)

We’re looking for an Account Executive who wants more than a quota—someone who wants to build a book of business, close meaningful deals, and participate in real upside.
What You’ll Do (Impact, Not Activity)
- Own the full sales cycle for $250K–$2M+ enterprise deals
- Sell high-value offerings including:
- AI Workshops (Spark)
- AI Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Offshore POD delivery teams
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
- Partner with delivery and solution teams to close and expand accounts
- Drive both new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Leverage partners (Microsoft, VARs, ecosystem) to accelerate deal flow
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
- Build a qualified pipeline of $2M+
- Close or advance at least 1–2 high-quality opportunities
- Fully ramp on Softura’s AI + POD offerings
6 Months
- Close $1M+ in new business
- Establish 2–3 anchor enterprise accounts
12 Months
- $2M–$5M+ in bookings
- Multiple active POD engagements generating recurring revenue
Who You Are
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology services or solutions
- Proven track record closing $250K+ deals
- Hunter mentality—you can build pipeline, not just manage it
- Experience selling one or more of:
- Application development / modernization
- Cloud / Azure / digital transformation
- AI / data / analytics solutions
