The Role

Brand New is looking for an Account Director to lead client partnerships within our experiential arm. You'll be responsible for the strategic growth and day-to-day health of key accounts, ensuring every activation ladders up to a bigger brand story.


From product launches and cultural tentpoles to music festivals and large-scale immersive experiences, you'll blend commercial sharpness with a genuine passion for live brand moments.

Our experiential work spans design, fabrication, event production, and talent partnerships, and you're the right person who knows how to sell ideas that push clients forward while keeping delivery tight.


What You'll Do

  • Lead client relationships across experiential accounts, acting as the primary strategic and commercial point of contact
  • Develop experiential strategies that connect to broader brand and marketing objectives, not just one-off activations
  • Own account growth: identify upsell opportunities, propose new programmes, and drive renewals
  • Manage account P&Ls including budgeting, forecasting, and margin oversight
  • Brief and collaborate closely with creative and production teams to develop compelling experiential concepts
  • Present strategies and creative work to senior client stakeholders with clarity and conviction
  • Oversee project delivery in partnership with project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Attend key activations and events, representing the agency and ensuring a flawless client experience on the ground
  • Mentor and manage junior account team members, building a strong, motivated team culture
  • Contribute to agency pitches and new business development within the experiential space


What You Bring

  • 6-8 years of account management or client services experience, with at least 3 years focused on experiential or events
  • Strong understanding of the experiential landscape: live events, activations, brand experiences, sponsorships, and immersive formats
  • Commercially minded with experience owning account budgets and revenue targets
  • Strategic thinker who can elevate experiential from tactical execution to brand-building platform
  • Confident presenter, skilled at articulating creative ideas to non-creative audiences
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence creative, production, and strategy teams
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Comfortable with the pace and unpredictability of live event work, including occasional travel and weekend commitments
  • Strong written communication skills for proposals, recaps, and client correspondence
  • Established network within the experiential or events industry is a plus


Nice to Have

  • Experience across both B2B (conferences, trade shows, corporate events) and B2C (festivals, pop-ups, brand activations)
  • Familiarity with measurement and ROI frameworks for experiential campaigns
  • Experience working with spirits, beverage, lifestyle, or entertainment brands in an experiential context
