Job Title – User Experience Designer - Senior

Location – Raleigh, NC

• 4+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
• Experience leading projects from inception to delivery
• Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
• Excellent time and issue management skills
• Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback and to promote a culture of critique
• Proficiency in applicable software applications (Figma) xywuqvp and native iOS and/or Android
• English language fluency
• Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners, and technical teams
• Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
• High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture
