Table Games Dealer
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all assigned table games while ensuring game integrity and accuracy. The Table Games Dealer assists the Table Games Supervisor with tracking play, completing required documentation, and maintaining proper game observation. Actively greets guests, recruits new players, and delivers friendly, exceptional service to every guest. How You Will Create the Extraordinary
Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area. Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets. Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures. Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. What You Will Need
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. High School Diploma or GED Required. Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino. Must be able to follow and understand directions. Good eye-hand coordination. Able to add monies and chips to properly payout winning bets. Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Additional Requirements Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively Walk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.
