About the Role

We are seeking a highly energetic, people-focused Sales Manager to lead our Shallotte location. This role is designed for a hands-on manager who thrives on training, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. The primary focus is on leadership and accountability, not personal selling.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 2-4 sales associates in Shallotte. Conduct regular one-on-ones, team trainings, and product knowledge sessions. Maintain high standards for clienteling, sales processes, and team engagement. Hold team members accountable to key performance metrics and store standards. Step in to assist with deal approvals and occasional closings when necessary. Foster a positive, energetic, and motivating work environment. Support the transition from an owner-managed model, building strong relationships with staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of retail sales management experience preferred (2-year minimum required). Background in family-owned or multi-location independent retail stores. Jewelry experience or luxury retail experience heavily preferred.

Required Skills

Strong leadership skills: an energetic “cheerleader” who motivates and uplifts the team. Ability to give constructive feedback in a positive and supportive manner. Highly organized, able to multitask, and solution-oriented. No college degree required — experience and leadership ability matter most.
