SUMMARY:

The role focuses on managing and refining our CRM systems for enhanced client engagement, seamless revenue attribution, and integration with various platforms. Key responsibilities include developing automation sequences, ensuring workflow efficiency, and

maintaining

precise reporting for revenue metrics. Success in this position relies on collaborative cross-functional efforts and the ability to adapt to evolving best practices in

RevOps

and marketing automation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Own the end-to-end

marketing technology stack

, ensuring

accurate

setup, maintenance, and optimization of

systems and

workflows.

Build, test, and

maintain

automation

workflows and

sequences that drive client engagement

throughout the life cycle

.

Route, score, and

nurture leads

.

Drive

retention

and new logos.

Implement and

monitor

revenue attribution models across marketing, sales, and service systems.

Audit pipelines and automation performance to

identify

gaps, errors, and optimization opportunities.

Create dashboards and reporting structures

monitoring

program

performance, funnel velocity, automation

/conversion

efficiency

, and attribution

/program ROI

.

Drive ROAS goals

.

Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure revenue metrics are tracked, reported, and

accurate

.

Integrate

core

marketing

(HubSpot)

and sale

(Salesforce)

systems

with

adjunct systems

to create unified data flows.

Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure scalability and repeatability.

Support cross-functional projects requiring data

hygiene and

synchronization, attribution, and workflow automation.

Stay current with best practices in

RevOps

, CRM, and marketing

technologies

to recommend continuous improvements.

Manage and coach direct reports to achieve performance goals.

Education & Experience

BA/BS Degree

required

Required Knowledge

5+ years of experience in marketing operations.

Expertise

in

HubSpot

Enterprise and Salesforce

.

Exper

tise

in

managing the technology and analytic structure

for

inbound/outbound and account-based

demand-generation

programs

in

a

matrixed,

multi-segmented

B2B

environment.

Expertise in

data enrichment

and intent platforms.

Experience using

Demandbase

a plus.

Strong understanding of

data structures

search engine strategies

, algorithms,

and

SEO

tools

(SEM Rush

or equivalent).

Strong understanding

of pay-per-click

,

retargeting

,

and other digital advertising strategies

.

Strong understanding of Google

Analytics

or similar website
