What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support a global B2B sales business, focusing on Digital Advertising Sales
- Drive regional teams to exceed sales quotas and conversion KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure teams have the necessary training and tools for effective consultative sales conversations
- Standardize global best practices across sites and regions
- Manage client relationships, providing insights on performance and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in senior sales management, specifically in B2B sales, digital marketing, or consulting sales
- Proven experience managing teams/sites on a global scale
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and contemporary online marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-suite levels
- Bachelor's degree required

- Experience managing high revenue quota teams with a focus on new account activations and business development
