Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Commercial Nonprofit Sales revenue performance, focusing on new business growth and customer retention
  • Define and implement the Nonprofit sales strategy by identifying opportunities and executing action plans
  • Set clear expectations and ensure accountability through accurate forecasting and sales performance reporting
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30+ sales professionals throughout the sales cycle
  • Serve as an executive-level customer sponsor, articulating value propositions and understanding customer needs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams; SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven experience in scaling SMB-focused sales organizations with an emphasis on coaching and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated success in selling software solutions within the nonprofit sector
  • Strong analytical skills, including ROI analysis and cost modeling
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with experience using Salesforce and Gong

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with nonprofits, foundations, or corporate social responsibility programs
  • Familiarity with high-volume complex sales cycles involving SMB customers
