About the Role Robert Half's client is looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media Specialist
to plan, produce, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands social trends, and knows how to build and grow brand presence online.
Social Media Specialist Schedule:
Hybrid, onsite
3 days/week Hours:
37.5–40 hours/week Duration:
Ongoing contract with potential for extension or transition to full-time
Key Responsibilities Strategically plan, create, and manage high‑quality content across all social platforms Build and execute content calendars and campaign concepts Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights Optimize campaigns based on data and platform trends Maintain strong community management and platform engagement Qualifications 2–5 years
of social media marketing experience managing brand accounts Strong understanding of
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter , and emerging platforms Proficiency with content management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, native analytics, etc.) Excellent writing and storytelling skills Basic graphic design or video editing skills ( Canva, Adobe, CapCut ) Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
