Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Salt Lake City, UT. Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner while providing strong customer service
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Monitor progress of delivery routes, scan haul‑away pods, and verify stamps
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues under pressure
Benefits
Shift: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
Weekly paycheck
Pay: $18.00

Pay Details:
$18.00 per hour
