You will act as a key liaison between property owners and tenants while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of multiple residential properties. Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and providing outstanding Customer Service Proven experience in Property Management practices and Lease Administration Knowledge of lease agreements and the ability to manage leasing processes Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in property management software is a plus High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive tenant matters
