Parts Specialist – Heavy Equipment

Vermeer All Roads in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate and sell heavy-duty and heavy-equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service.
Schedule & Compensation
Base salary plus monthly commission $60k+
Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!
Benefits

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
Operate a forklift as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and assist team members
Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
Valid driver\'s license
