Overview
The
E-Billing Specialist
is responsible for the submission of ebilled invoices via various electronic billing systems for client remittance and will "own" the ebilled invoices until they have been approved for payment. Looking for
2-3 years of electronic billing experience in a legal environment, Big 4 firm, or other highly-regulated industry. Compensation
$28-$34/hourly Location
3 days/week on-site in Tampa (33610) Key Responsibilities
Receive finalized invoices delivered by the Billing Specialists to be processed electronically. Process invoices through BillBlast. If necessary, also upload LEDES files on ebilling vendor site. Own the full scope of electronic billing for assigned clients, beginning with a finalized invoice and ending with a successful approval for payment, processing appeals as needed on short-paid invoices. Follow up on "ebilled" invoices to ensure status has not changed on ebilling vendor site. Manage rejected invoices for assigned clients, liaising with the Billing Specialist and Attorney to resolve promptly. Communicate all pertinent ebilling changes to appropriate team members, including Billing Attorneys. Manage and oversee client implementations for a smooth transition from paper to electronic billing. Nice-to-Haves

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
