$22.50/hour Position Description:
Join a dynamic marketing team in Falls Church, VA, as a Graphic Designer, where you'll craft visually compelling campaign advertisements, marketing collateral, and internal communications that elevate brand presence and engagement. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity for creative professionals to contribute to impactful projects with a focus on innovation and brand consistency. Initial contract position with potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality visual assets aligned with brand standards Collaborate closely with the brand team to shape visual direction and creative concepts Design engaging campaign ads, marketing materials, and internal communications Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering polished deliverables on time Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure error-free, professional outputs Keep abreast of current design trends and apply best practices for fresh, relevant solutions Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 2+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office suite Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities Effective communicator capable of articulating design concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure Bonus: Motion graphic experience or Canva skills are a plus but not required About Seneca Resources:
