to support a growing organization within the industry by developing data models, dashboards, and analytical insights that drive strategic decision-making. The
Business Intelligence Analyst
role is ideal for a data‑driven professional with strong technical skills and a passion for transforming complex information into actionable intelligence.
This position will be hybrid in McLean, VA 3 days per week! Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business operations and leadership decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights. Design and enhance data models, ETL processes, and data quality frameworks. Provide recommendations based on analytics to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics. Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate insights clearly. Compensation
