a Hybrid Credit Card Campaign Analyst in McLean, VA. 3 days onsite 2 days remote.
Responsibilities for the Credit Card Campaign Analyst:
Manage and execute data programming necessary to complete analysis of profitable prospect segments by capturing credit cards behavioral/demographic attributes, credit risk criteria, and other internal and external data elements.
Manage the appropriate marketing campaign test and offer design, work with management to develop the effective test and learn approach that would significantly increase card usage across all phases of card holder lifecycle, especially focus on usage and retention.
Work closely with direct management in the holistic evaluation of strategies aimed at driving profitable cards portfolio growth.
Lead the evaluation and improvement on the statistical models built by vendors and/or modeling team; Develop independent spend engagement models and scorecards for credit card marketing analytics, including existing accounts spend engagement, account retention/closure, risk adjusted pricing, and acquisition targeting,
Develop, test, and monitor performance of quantitative models and support independent model validation efforts in accordance with the model governance policy.
Develop sophisticated queries and work with vendors to capture data criticality, identify card portfolio segments that are underperforming, develop analytics and execute opportunities to optimize marketable universe, offers, and/or campaign performance.
Qualifications for the Credit Card Campaign Analyst:
Minimum of three (3) years’ of experience project management.
Hands-on skills in SQL, Tableau, and proficiency working with large dataset are required.
Snowflake experience is preferred
Statistical analysis experience, including A/B testing, linear regression, and time series forecasting are required.
Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, predictive modeling, financial modeling and analytic tools are required.
Experience in statistical model development, validation, evaluation, and performance monitoring is preferred.
Expertise in data Warehouse and business intelligence associated tools are preferred.
Compensation for the Credit Card Campaign Analyst:
$130,000 -$140,000 *Depending on Experience
