One (1) Compensation Compensation (Depending On Experience, DOE) Schedule Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary Range Salary Range: $60,083.92 (Step 1) – $96,053.15 (Step 20) annually Typical Starting Salary $60,083.92 – $66,321.42 annually, (DOE) Opening/Closing Dates Closing Date: March 24, 2026 Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Background and Testing Upon a conditional offer of employment, the candidate must successfully: Complete a background investigation (education, criminal history, credit, fingerprints, DMV) Pass a workplace drug test within 72 hours* Possess a valid State of Nevada driver’s license Possess a clean driving record As a federally funded employer, marijuana is restricted under Federal guidelines Equity and Benefits Employee benefits include a 3-day weekend, parking, paid vacations and holidays, health insurance (employer-paid for employee only), flexible spending accounts, life and long-term disability insurance, 457B Deferred Compensation, PERS options, EAP, and more. PSLF is available for qualified individuals. Minimum Qualifications
Education, Training, and Work Experience High school diploma or GED, supplemented by one (1) year as a licensed Journeyman plumber or 10 years progressive plumbing experience with strong working knowledge of plumbing and maintenance. Proven experience as a plumber with a strong working knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance. Licenses and Certifications OSHA 10 Certification; valid Nevada Driver’s license at date of hire (or ability to obtain) and insurable under the Authority’s plan. Screening and Selection
Criteria include cover letter and resume, writing samples, pre-employment testing/assessments, panel interviews, references, and background investigation. Invitations to participate in testing will be sent via email; failure to participate is considered a withdrawal. Reasonable Accommodation
