As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with homeowners and scheduling qualified solar consultations for our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, energetic, and motivated by performance-based pay. Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Educate homeowners on the basics of solar energy Qualify potential customers based on eligibility criteria Schedule in-home or virtual consultations Maintain accurate lead tracking Meet and exceed weekly appointment goals Qualifications
