door-to-door appointment setters
to help fuel our growth.
The Opportunity This is a

where your job is simple:
Knock doors
Create interest
Set appointments
No closing required.
What You’ll Do
Knock doors in pre-selected neighborhoods
Speak with homeowners and introduce our services
Set qualified appointments for our sales team
Work directly with a closer in your assigned area
Compensation
$25/hour base
$25 per appointment SET
$25–$50 per appointment that SITS
$50–$100 per CLOSED deal
Top performers can earn $100+/hour
Schedule
3–4 days per week
4–6 hours per day
Requirements
Door-to-door or sales experience required
Solar experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Clean-cut, professional appearance
Reliable transportation required
