Specialty Pharmacy Account Executive

We’re looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Account Representative who understands that growth in specialty pharmacy isn’t just about numbers. It’s about expanding access to life-changing therapies, removing barriers to care, and building trusted relationships with prescribers and manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Build and grow relationships with key prescribers and office staff to drive referral volume
Partner with manufacturer and trade accounts to strengthen collaboration and performance
Identify and develop new provider and hub relationships
Travel within your territory to maintain visibility and strengthen partnerships
Troubleshoot reimbursement and prescription processing barriers
Collaborate with admissions, operations, pharmacists, billing, and leadership to streamline processes
Analyze market trends and emerging therapies to identify growth opportunities
Provide leadership visibility into pipeline drugs and referral trends
This is a proactive, forward-thinking commercial role — not reactive account maintenance.

What You Bring
1–3+ years of healthcare sales experience
