Overview
Job Title: Superintendent of Construction We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent of Construction to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. The role requires creating and managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion, and supervising construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities
Plan and oversee construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with teams for timely completion.
Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Essential Skills
Experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in ground-up construction.
Knowledge of underground utilities.
Proficient in using Procore.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Leadership skills to motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.
Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in construction processes.

Decision-making skills to make informed choices that positively impact the project.
Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
