About the Role Sanrio is seeking a
Brand Manager, Marketing Operations
to lead the operational engine behind our marketing organization. This role serves as the central hub that connects brand strategy, creative development, and cross‑functional execution. You will own the systems and workflows that power our campaigns, building scalable solutions, managing Airtable as the source of truth, and ensuring seamless delivery of brand initiatives from concept through launch. If you thrive on structure, efficiency, cross‑functional collaboration, and transforming chaos into clarity, this may be the role for you. What You’ll Do Marketing Operations & Systems Own Airtable as the core operational platform for the marketing organization: structure, workflows, automations, and reporting. Build, refine, and scale Airtable bases to support visibility, workflow efficiency, and seamless cross‑team collaboration. Design and implement operational processes that support strategy, creative development, and campaign execution. Provide regular reporting and performance updates to Senior Leadership. Continually identify opportunities to increase efficiency and operational excellence across the team. Brand Campaign Project Management Lead end‑to‑end project management for major brand campaigns—from planning to launch. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and review cycles. Coordinate with teams across Brand, Commercial Marketing, Creative, E‑comm, Sales, and more. Forecast risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep all workstreams aligned and on track. Support production workflows and ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality assets. Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration Serve as the connective tissue across internal teams to ensure successful and cohesive campaign execution. Partner with PR and other external agencies to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows. Onboard and train team members on Airtable, processes, and best practices. Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the marketing organization. Additional Responsibilities Build presentations for leadership as needed. Support vendor onboarding, invoice submission, PO creation, and budget monitoring. Draft and organize Project Approval Requests (PARs). Adhere to company policies and take on other duties as assigned. What You Bring 5 years
in project management and/or operations, ideally within brand marketing or a marketing agency. Deep experience running complex marketing initiatives across cross‑functional teams. Advanced Airtable expertise (builder‑level)
— able to design systems from scratch and implement automations. Airtable certification strongly preferred (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated ability to build scalable workflows across teams and functions. Experience training teams and driving adoption of systems and processes. Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Skilled communicator who can lead meetings, clarify expectations, and build alignment. Proficiency with modern collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Airtable, project management tools, presentation software, etc.). ❤️
