Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – QA Mobile. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant for Skill QA Mobile to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives for mobile applications, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and performance. You will provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and leadership to a team of QA professionals while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead mobile application testing efforts, ensuring high standards for functionality, usability, and performance.
Provide strategic guidance on QA processes, tools, and frameworks for mobile apps.
Design and implement robust mobile testing strategies, covering both manual and automated approaches.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define quality requirements.
Drive adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks, ensuring efficient test coverage.
Mentor and manage QA teams, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide consultative mobile QA expertise.
Continuously assess testing processes and implement improvements to optimize testing efficiency.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Valid years of experience in mobile QA, with experience in a leadership or consulting role.
Expertise in mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile testing tools (e.g., Appium, XCUITest, Espresso).
Proven experience in test automation using relevant frameworks and tools.
Strong background in agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience managing QA teams, providing mentorship and direction.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Preferred qualifications
Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.

Compensation and Location The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is
$60,000 to $75,000 . The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.
Location assumptions Work-from-Anywhere Roles – Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role. Location-based Roles (e.g., Richardson roles – metro area can be adjusted by role location).
