We are seeking a top performing Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Jupiter, FL. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the luxury home technology market. The Sales Specialist will conduct client consultations, present product and service solutions, to ensure client needs are met and client satisfaction is at the highest level. Additionally, the role includes maintaining timely, consistent, clear communication with clients throughout the sales process and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of smart home technology or luxury residential markets is an asset. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust, and convey technical concepts to clients. Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities effectively. Sales Management experience, including planning, execution, and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other sales support tools is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability and initiative. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
