Summary
We’re looking for a highly creative, self-starting Content Creator to own and grow our social media presence through consistent, engaging content. This role is focused on ideating, producing, and publishing social-first content (especially B-roll and short-form video) that complements our existing professional lifestyle assets. You’ll be responsible for bringing multiple brands to life daily across platforms, each with its own voice and audience while identifying trends, working with influencers and UGC creators, and developing a clear content plan that drives engagement and supports revenue growth. This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on creating, testing, and iterating quickly. Responsibilities
Own and execute the day-to-day social content strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for multiple brands Create and publish high-volume, social-first content including B-roll, short-form video, and trend-driven posts Develop a clear weekly/monthly content plan while staying agile to trends and real-time opportunities Capture and produce content that complements existing professional lifestyle shoots (not replaces them) Adapt content style, tone, and messaging to align with each brand’s identity and target audience Identify and collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to scale authentic content production Proactively source, brief, and manage UGC partnerships Stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform updates and quickly translate them into content Continuously test and iterate content based on performance (views, engagement, saves, etc.) Partner with internal teams (Creative, Ecomm, Marketing) to align content with product launches and key moments Take full ownership of content output, performance, and growth across social channels Qualifications
Proven experience creating engaging social media content (especially short-form video) Strong eye for content knows what performs on TikTok/Instagram Ability to create distinct content styles for different brands and audiences Comfortable shooting and editing content independently (iPhone + basic editing tools is fine) Experience working with influencers and/or sourcing UGC content Highly self-motivated with the ability to plan, execute, and iterate without heavy direction Organized and able to manage multiple content calendars simultaneously Creative, scrappy, and trend-aware with a test-and-learn mindset Interest in fashion, apparel, or swimwear is a plus
