Commercial Escrow Officer

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Miami, FL, for a Commercial Escrow Officer. The primary responsibilities include managing commercial real estate transactions, facilitating escrow processes, coordinating closings, and collaborating with underwriters. This role requires a strong command of settlement preparation, title review, and closing execution to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee commercial real estate escrow transactions from opening through closing Prepare and review settlement statements and closing packages Coordinate all aspects of closings, including scheduling, document execution, and disbursement of funds Conduct detailed title review and work closely with underwriters to resolve title issues Ensure compliance with title insurance regulations, company policies, and state requirements Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and documentation Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and other stakeholders Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle Required Qualifications
Proven experience handling commercial real estate closings and settlements Strong expertise in settlement preparation and closing execution Minimum 3+ years of title review experience In-depth knowledge of escrow processes and commercial transactions Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SoftPro or similar title/escrow software Experience handling vacant land transactions Experience working with land developers and development-related transactions Core Competencies
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment High level of professionalism and client service orientation Effective time management and organizational skills
