Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to drive the growth of our nutritional ingredients business in the North American market. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the food, nutraceutical, and feed industries. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, capable of identifying and developing new customers within an assigned territory. This position works closely with internal teams to support order execution and coordinate logistics and documentation as needed. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential customers through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels Develop new business and expand the customer base in the food, nutraceutical, and feed industries Conduct customer visits to understand needs and identify opportunities Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage commercial terms Maintain regular communication with customers to support ongoing business Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Track sales activities and customer interactions Participate in trade shows and industry events Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales Experience in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, feed additives, or specialty chemicals preferred Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop and close new business Ability to independently manage an assigned territory Experience using CRM systems or similar tools (e.g., Excel) preferred Willingness to travel (30–40%) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) Base salary + commission (based on experience)
