What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory
Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts within the assigned territory
Aggressively solicit orders from existing and prospective customers for assigned spinal products
Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2 years in medical sales; or
High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience; or
Associate’s Degree with 1 year of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
Bachelor’s degree

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in an operating room setting
Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule
Experience in Ortho, Spine, or O.R. settings
