What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives
Train and develop team members in sales skills, product knowledge, and career goal pursuits
Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals
Build and maintain ethical, long-term customer relationships
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews for team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
Experience in sales and personnel management
Strong knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base
Proven track record in medical sales, preferably with Neuroscience products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Spine sales experience strongly preferred
Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
Familiarity with Neuroscience products and therapies
Successful medical sales record, particularly in related fields
