What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives
Conduct field visits and meetings to enhance sales efforts and customer relationships
Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, and team management
Manage district assets, including budgeting and inventory management
Recruit and interview candidates to maintain a strong personnel pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel extensively by car and plane
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Successful medical sales record, preferably with related products
Experience in sales and personnel management functions
Knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base
Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
