What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long‑term business objectives
Conduct field visits and meetings to train and develop employees in sales and product knowledge
Coordinate sales efforts and ensure communication of corporate goals and activities
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members and assist with individual development plans
Manage district assets, including budgets, inventory, and pricing negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively by car and plane
Experience managing budgets and sales personnel
Ability to lift 20 pounds and operate a moving vehicle
Must be able to work in hospitals and OR environments with radiation exposure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Successful medical sales record, preferably with relevant products
Experience with sales and personnel management functions
Knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base
Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
