What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long‑term business objectives
Conduct field visits and meetings to engage with customers and stakeholders
Train and develop team members in sales skills, product knowledge, and territory management
Manage district assets, including budgets, inventory, and contractual negotiations
Build and maintain ethical, long‑term customer relationships while providing feedback to sales and marketing management
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively by car and plane
Experience in medical sales, preferably with relevant therapy products
Strong background in sales and personnel management functions
Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven track record of successful medical sales, particularly with the employer’s products
Familiarity with the assigned product/therapy customer base
Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
