Key Tasks of client communications resources
Plan and coordinate stakeholder communications—define who needs what information, when, and through which channels. Translate technical changes into clear, business-friendly messaging about impacts, timelines, and benefits. Prepare end‑user communications such as guides, FAQs, readiness notices, and downtime alerts. Support leadership updates with executive summaries, status reports, and decision-driving messaging. Coordinate across technical and PMO teams to align communications with migration milestones and risks. Execute cutover/go‑live communications, including pre‑migration alerts, real-time updates, and post-migration guidance.
