The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders in the following areas: (a) talent acquisition; (b) colleague engagement and development, (c) policy compliance; (d) investigations and workplace concerns; (e) strategic workforce planning and succession planning and serve as a stragegic thought partner to business leaders. The principal outcomes of this role are to grow the organization by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. The role works collaboratively with HRDs and additional HR and business colleagues
Responsibilities Talent Development & Performance Management
Support the tracking, succession planning, and measurement of key talent management and retention initiatives across field operations
Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on performance management, including performance assessments, improvement plans, and development strategies
Design and facilitate individual and group training programs to develop and retain high-potential leaders
Strengthen the talent pipeline through workforce planning and career development initiatives
Employee Relations
Advise field leadership on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
Conduct thorough, timely investigations and provide actionable recommendations
Monitor and audit compliance with HR policies and employment laws (federal, state, and local)
Deliver training on legal, safety, and compliance topics
Collaborate with legal counsel and HR leadership to respond to agency inquiries (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
Talent Acquisition
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts
Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
Coordinate closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified candidates
Guide leaders through workforce planning and requisition processes
HR Projects & Programs
Lead and support key HR initiatives, including performance management cycles, employee engagement surveys, and merit planning processes
Ensure timely execution and continuous improvement of HR programs for assigned client groups
Qualifications Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
Must have a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalant experience
Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving history
