Senior APCR & Property Condition Advisor

A leading environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Assessor to conduct Acquisition Property Condition Reports. This remote position involves site assessments, collaboration with clients, and reporting on property conditions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. Travel is expected as most clients are located around Atlanta and Charlotte.
