Overview
STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION LEAD - COMMERCIAL SERVICING This leadership role drives the delivery of large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives and provides active direction to achieve organizational strategy through advising on strategic opportunities and alignment, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution. The leader will work with workstream and initiative leaders across the organization to ensure plans are well thought out and deliver strong results and experiences for our clients, partners, colleagues and CNB. Working with transformation leaders, this role provides guidance to various teams and may identify, diagnose, and assess areas where there is a need to define or align strategy, address blockers, and capture opportunities.
Responsibilities Lead delivery of large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Support executive leadership and key leaders to ensure strategic alignment and rapid progress on prioritized areas of focus.
Lead cross-functional teams to address strategic questions, diagnose issues, develop plans, align initiatives to corporate strategy, and execute to achieve business outcomes.
Drive, direct, monitor and contribute to critical strategic initiatives—enterprise onboarding, servicing through Salesforce, data governance, core modernization, and controls and compliance process transformation, among others.
Lead and develop a team to execute projects aligned with the organization’s strategies; communicate project prioritization and manage high-risk items.
Lead cross-functional teams to manage and resolve key initiatives, addressing risk, regulatory requirements, and blockers to strategy attainment.
Influence stakeholders as a strategic advisor on key focus areas to enable CNB’s strategy.
Balance and influence multiple priorities and teams by providing oversight and guidance, and maintain cross-organizational relationships to enable success.
Influence and promote adoption of the data governance operating model in alignment with CNB’s data strategy.

What you need to succeed
Required Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects involving cross-functional disciplines and/or geographical regions.
Minimum 12 years of experience in operational efficiency initiatives, systems development, and project management disciplines such as quality management, financial management and organizational change management.
Additional Qualifications Track record of delivering functional expertise on transformations at an enterprise level.
High-value personal qualities such as critical thinking, problem solving, ability to influence, teamwork, resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, self-confidence, and high energy.
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance principles.
Ability to develop short- and long-term plans for all relevant levels of the enterprise/organization.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience in Agile delivery, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and analytical skills with emphasis on planning and operations.

Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
