We are seeking a
Senior Insights Analyst
to deliver high-quality analytics, member insights, and market intelligence that support data-driven decisions across the organization.
This role blends advanced data analysis with market research, competitive assessments, and customer feedback interpretation. The Senior Insights Analyst transforms complex information into clear, actionable insights that support digital experience, product and initiative planning, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with advanced analytical capability, a curiosity for understanding human behavior, and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, market research, digital experience, or a similar hybrid role.
Strong skills in data analysis using SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Demonstrated experience combining quantitative data with qualitative research to form strategic insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present insights to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and rigor.
Strong ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Effective communication and data-storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complexity into concise narratives and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders to support business, digital, and experience-driven initiatives.
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, explore insights independently, and drive value through analysis.
Adaptable to learning and using emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency.
Preferred
Experience with customer feedback platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, Verint).
Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related data-rich industry.
Working knowledge of segmentation methodologies and basic statistical techniques.
Experience supporting roadmap development or product management functions.
Work Location The work location for this role is San Luis Obispo, CA and the candidate must be located in California. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with the ability to travel to San Luis Obispo as needed.
