Job Description
This is a remote position. Overview
Work directly with customers to analyse requirements and provide solution options. Lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams and creation of technical design specifications. Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates. Coordinate with onsite/offshore to manage regular deliveries for a module. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support. Deploy codes leveraging CI/CD platform. Lead peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across platform. Requirements
Min 7 years previous development experience with Salesforce.com Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning. Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench) Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization You are team-centric but able to work autonomously You have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines Qualifications
Applicant must have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder Experience: 7 to 10 years Diversity Inclusion
