What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day‑to‑day property operations, inspections, and maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and local officials
- Manage leases, service requests, vendor contracts, and performance
- Coordinate capital improvements, construction projects, and inspections
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, receivables, and select legal matters
- Supervise on‑site staff and respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed
- Promote a professional, collaborative team environment while ensuring company policies are followed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial property management experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications a plus
