EducationandExperienceRequirements: Normally requires 6-8 years of experience in marketing, a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (a marketing, public relations, or similar degree is desired) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participates and assists in business development, including researching clients and market trends May provide oversight on marketing workload and assist in ensuring resources are fulfilled for operational and preconstruction support Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties, including all items associated with RFP/RFQ documents, direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, proposals, and other sales literature Maintain and provide assistance with marketing/business development database, programs, and Intranet May provide training and/or supervision to more entry-level marketing professionals Create, maintain, and monitor the usefulness and performance of various marketing materials (e.g., project profiles, resumes, brochures, proposal templates, website) Works with marketing leaders in other offices to assist and support other offices’ marketing efforts when necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
