Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Marketing support includes, but is not limited to: Assisting with proposal and qualification package development, including formatting, proofreading, and content updates Supporting the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and project sheets Coordinating and maintaining marketing assets, including project photography, resumes, and project data Conducting market and client research to support business development efforts Business development support includes, but is not limited to: Assisting with prequalification and proposal submissions Tracking opportunities, leads, and client interactions in company CRM (Unanet) Supporting event coordination, including industry events, client meetings, and internal initiatives Administrative support includes, but is not limited to: Organizing files and maintaining marketing databases Assisting with internal communications and marketing reporting Supporting the marketing leader in your respective office #J-18808-Ljbffr
