Today, a new kind of software is emerging—one that understands language, synthesizes data, and reasons about the world. We interact with it through simple prompts, as if we’re at the dawn of a new kind of operating system. But to truly unlock its power, it needs a new kind of interface. It needs a GUI for intelligence. We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is driven to shape this future—someone ready to design the user experience for AI-native systems, where human intuition meets machine intelligence. This isn’t about applying familiar design patterns. It’s about inventing new ones. Your Mission: Design the Cockpit for Human-AI Collaboration You will define the interface for how humans think, create, and operate alongside AI. You’ll design across two core experiences: 1. The Professional Workspace (The Command Center) Create the central interface where users harness AI to analyze, synthesize, and act on massive amounts of information. What does clarity look like when a system can reason? How do users verify, collaborate, or delegate to an AI? Design the “autonomy slider,” enabling users to seamlessly move between: Auditing: Reviewing and understanding AI reasoning. Collaborating: Co-creating insights and actions. Automating: Letting the AI take initiative safely and transparently. 2. The User Portal (The Execution Layer) Design the front-end experience where complex data, insights, or recommendations become intuitive, actionable journeys for users. This is not just a dashboard — it’s a living interface that adapts and responds intelligently to human input and context. The Designer We’re Looking For You’re a systems thinker obsessed with clarity and flow. You know that good design builds trust — and great design feels like an extension of thought itself. 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex, data-driven products. Mastery of the design process: from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. A refined visual sense and ability to craft intuitive experiences from dense, high-dimensional data. A deep curiosity for AI and human-computer interaction — you think about how to design for systems that are both fallible and superhuman. (Bonus) Experience designing for expert users, or in data-rich domains like finance, engineering, or analytics.
