
Marketing Manager- Seamless Entertainment

As the Marketing Manager for Seamless Entertainment, you will connect product innovation with compelling marketing strategies, guiding new features and customer experiences from concept to launch. Your expertise will drive collaboration across teams, making entertainment products stand out and ensuring every customer interaction reflects Spectrum’s commitment to excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact Champion new entertainment products and features by ensuring accurate representation across all marketing channels
Maintain a comprehensive tracker of product changes, identify marketing implications and communicate updates to relevant teams
Serve as the primary partner to Product, building deep expertise in product features, upgrades and roadmaps for effective marketing integration
Translate product updates into actionable marketing briefs for creative, media, web, search, competitive intelligence and consumer insights teams
Partner with stakeholders to highlight new product features across customer touchpoints including site, merchandising, advertising, CRM and owned media
Support execution of go-to-market plans and campaigns for the Seamless Entertainment platform, including app integrations and live TV features
Collaborate on messaging, targeting and customer value propositions, coordinate co-marketing opportunities, and contribute to campaign performance reporting

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience 5+ years of marketing experience
Skills Excellent communication skills for translating technical product information into customer-focused marketing direction
Technically savvy with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Proven capability to work effectively with colleagues across all levels and disciplines
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
Skilled at formal presentations to management on assigned topics
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in other desktop applications
Preferred Qualifications Education MBA or Masters preferred
Experience Knowledge of cable television, high-speed internet or video products and services
Experience partnering with Product or working closely with product teams
Familiarity with major streaming platforms and entertainment consumption behaviors
Understanding of programmer and content provider dynamics within the cable and telecom ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to support complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
