We are looking for incredible, all-in, and determined individuals to join our team!
Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
Drive sales of New Pre-Engineered Buildings, Building Renovations, and Interiors.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets with uncapped potential
Prospect for Clients and Opportunities.
Prepare and Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients using Digital Marketing Materials.
Negotiate and convert leads into clients using proactive selling approaches
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
Document and collaborate with preconstruction and operations to provide detailed and constructive handoff to ensure successful project execution
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Work with management to set realistic sales goals, milestones, and document activities to ensure results.
Provide weekly reports to team using established systems and processes.
Track clients, leads, sales activities, and results using our CRM system (Hubspot)
Requirements Proven track record of sales success, preferably in construction or related B2B environment
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and terminology
Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions
Resilience and persistence in pursuing opportunities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Pay: Base salary plus commission to be determined depending on experience.
