NOW HERE'S YOUR DREAM TRAINEESHIP As a Marketing & Sales Support Trainee , you play an active supporting role within the commercial team while gaining hands-on experience in an international, creative, and technical environment. In this role, you support both marketing and sales activities with a strong focus on online presence, social media, and market visibility. You take initiative in creating and managing content for social media channels, website updates, and marketing campaigns, while closely monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to help strengthen the company’s positioning. You also support the sales team by maintaining and updating the CRM system, assisting with lead follow-ups, preparing sales materials, and ensuring relevant information is shared efficiently with internal teams. A key part of this traineeship is taking ownership and initiative : you actively contribute ideas, help improve marketing and commercial processes, and support ongoing sales and business development projects. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized, eager to learn, and motivated to gain real-world experience in marketing, sales, and business development within an international organization. CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU? TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE The ideal Trainee has a strong interest in marketing, sales, and business development , preferably within the entertainment, technical, or creative industry, and is motivated to learn through hands-on experience. You already have some experience or practical exposure in marketing, sales support, or digital communication, and are eager to further develop your skills in a professional environment. You are proactive, take initiative, and feel comfortable working in a dynamic and international setting. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying on top of priorities and deadlines. You have an interest in digital marketing, online communication, and market trends , and enjoy supporting both marketing and sales activities in a structured and efficient way.
