Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives. This role focuses on LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to create effective, personalized messaging that drives engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email marketing.
Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, including content creation, outreach, and engagement.
Develop, schedule, and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotions).
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) to generate, refine, and personalize marketing messages.
Create compelling written content for posts, emails, and marketing materials.
Segment audiences and tailor messaging for targeted outreach.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
Collaborate with team members to align messaging with brand voice and goals.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing.
Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing and outreach strategies.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and marketing automation.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and audience.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
Skills & Competencies Proficiency in LinkedIn content strategy and lead generation.
Experience crafting high-converting email campaigns.
Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
