Role Overview We’re looking for a reliable, hard‑working individual who enjoys a mix of office work and hands‑on responsibilities. This position includes data entry, processing customer orders, supporting the sales team, pulling parts for orders, maintaining inventory, Shipping/Receiving duties and helping wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. The right person is dependable, organized, able to juggle multiple tasks, and comfortable solving problems and working as a team. Attention to detail and showing up ready to work each day are a must. Key Responsibilities Respond to customers via phone or email regarding order questions and provide price quotes for orders. Enter customer orders accurately and make sure they are processed correctly. Pick, pack and prepare orders for outbound shipment. Maintain and organize parts inventory, including conducting cycle counts and an annual inventory count. Process customer orders, create invoices, monitor items on back‑order, and collect items for assembly kits. Check in deliveries and reconcile received goods with purchase orders. Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks by checking paperwork for accuracy. Support the sales department with data analysis and e‑commerce initiatives. Keep office equipment stocked and working properly. Ordering supplies when needed. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve. Language Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment varies from low to moderate in a typical office setting. Physical Demands: The associate may regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
