Job Description The primary role and responsibility of this position is to oversee and build the brand, create emotional connections, and direct/lead the marketing efforts at the restaurant level. Responsibilities Report on weekly in leadership meetings Provide Care and Hospitality to our guests Assist with training Team Members on Care and Hospitality Skills & Qualifications Proven working experience in hospitality arena, with emphasis in Event Planning Demonstrated experience in customer service skills Computer literacy and familiarity editing software Minimum of high school diploma with higher education highly preferred Work total of 5-10 hours a week Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family owned and privately held restaurant company founded in 1967 by S.
