What We Offer:
Competitive pay - $23.00 to 24.00 per hour + commissions
Aggressive renewal commissions – up to $100 per renewal
Annual performance reviews with the opportunity for raises

What You'll Do:
Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
Help maximize lease renewals ( earn commission! )
Build and maintain strong resident relationships
Show and lease apartments when needed ( earn commission! )
Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred
Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
